Refund policy

At Dari Aana, each piece is made with care and intention. We take pride in offering high-quality modestwear and do our best to ensure every order reaches you in good condition.

Because of the nature of our products and limited stock availability, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item is damaged or incorrect.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. This includes size, color, and quantity.

All items sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

2. Exceptions (Wrong or Damaged Item)

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a tear, stain, or sewing error) or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if the item is in stock), or

  • A refund or store credit (if the item is no longer available)

3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color ordered

  • Slight color differences due to screen display

  • Delivery delays caused by courier or customs

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 working days via your original payment method.

For exchanges or store credit, we will guide you through the next steps once your claim is confirmed.
